D & W Silks offers quality interior silk foliage to the wholesale trade only. A valid resale number from your state is required if you wish to open an account with us.

If you are not currently a D&W Silks dealer and you are in the Home Furnishing Industry please follow the steps below:

• Print out the customer/credit application and fax completed form to (502) 447-7037, Attn: Credit/Accounts Department
• Fax a copy of your resale tax certificate to (502) 447-7037, Attn: Credit/Accounts Department
