D & W Silks, Inc. offers quality interior silk foliage to the wholesale trade only. A valid resale number from your state is required if you wish to open an account with us.

If you are not currently a D&W Silks dealer and you are in the Home Furnishing Industry please follow the steps below.

• Fill out and submit an on-line customer/credit application
• OR print out the customer/credit application and fax completed form to 502-584-0131, Attn: Credit/Accounts Department
• Fax a copy of your resale tax certificate to 502-584-0131, Attn: Credit/ Accounts Department
